文章针对地铁建设工程中盾构机适应性和可靠性评审工作存在的问题,提出了通过建立盾构机适应性和可靠性知识数据库,实现数字化管理的新方式.传统方式主要以盾构机适应性和可靠性报告文件资料的方式进行评审,存在文件分散、形式多样、查阅困难等问题,无法高效利用具有参考性意义的历史资料.新方式通过对历史存量的盾构机适应性和可靠性报告进行结构化处理、标准化管理,建立知识数据库,并提供在线检索、在线填报、在线预审等功能,实现了盾构机适应性和可靠性评审过程的数字化管理,提高了评审工作的效率和质量.
Research and application of shield knowledge database technology
This article proposes a new approach to solve the problems in the review of shield machine adaptability and reliability in subway construction projects through the establishment of shield machine adaptability and reliability knowledge database for digital management. The traditional approach mainly relies on documents and reports of shield machine adaptability and reliability for review,which suffer from problems such as scattered files,diverse formats,and difficulties in accessing information. This new approach addresses these issues by structuring and standardizing historical data on shield machine adaptability and reliability,establishing a knowledge database,and providing online search,online reporting,and online pre-approval functionalities. This approach enables digital management of the review process of shield machine adaptability and reliability,thereby improving efficiency and quality.
