Design and optimization research of new low-voltage household wire stripping tool
The design and optimization research of a new low-voltage household wire stripping tool aims to address several issues encountered with existing wire stripping tools,including high operational complexity,low efficiency,and poor safety. Through theoretical analysis and experimental research,a new wire stripping tool was designed and optimized in this study. Experimental results show that this tool outperforms traditional tools in terms of stripping efficiency,safety,and operational convenience. This paper provides a detailed introduction to the design principles of the new wire stripping tool,the structural optimization process,and the experimental validation results,offering new ideas and technical support for the design and application of low-voltage household wire stripping tools.
