Optimization of the overall structure of the handheld short-circuit resistant small busbar breaking tool
In order to solve the safety hazards of handheld small busbar breaking tools during operation and achieve the function of preventing short circuit breaking of small busbars,a whole structure was designed to prevent the tool from being burned due to busbar short circuit during operation. Firstly,a detailed analysis was conducted on the working principle of the anti short circuit handheld small busbar breaking tool,and the problems existing in the small busbar breaking tool were summarized. Secondly,the overall mechanism of the handheld small busbar breaking tool has been designed and improved,which includes an anti short circuit switch installed at the top of the tool,a limit device installed at the bottom of the tool,and a switch installed on the handle. A fixed sleeve is used to connect the two to the tool body to prevent them from detaching. Finally,the effectiveness and reliability of the structure were verified through field testing. The results indicate that the newly designed disconnect tool has better short-circuit resistance and operational convenience,which can effectively improve work efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of operators.
