生活垃圾焚烧炉渣-红黏土复合材料力学性能与重金属固化机制研究

文章对生活垃圾焚烧炉渣-红黏土复合材料力学性能和重金属固化机制进行了研究。分析了生活垃圾焚烧炉渣基本特性及重金属含量及形态。研究红黏土基本特性及物理力学性能,生活垃圾焚烧炉渣-红黏土复合材料制备技术。采用抗压强度、抗折强度等测试手段对复合材料力学性能进行分析,讨论重金属固化测试方法。研究结果表明,生活垃圾焚烧炉渣-红黏土复合材料力学性能良好,重金属固化效果良好。
Study on mechanical properties and heavy metal solidification mechanism of solid waste incineration slag-red clay composite
In this study,the mechanical properties and heavy metal curing mechanism of solid waste incineration slag-red clay composite were studied. The basic characteristics,heavy metal content and form of the slag of domestic waste incineration were analyzed. The basic properties and physical and mechanical properties of red clay were studied,and the preparation technology of solid waste incineration slag-red clay composite material was also studied. The mechanical properties of composite materials were analyzed by means of compressive strength and flexural strength,and the test method of heavy metal solidification was discussed. The results show that the solid waste incineration slag-red clay composite has good mechanical properties and good solidification effect of heavy metals.
