Design of automated assembly line quality control system based on machine vision
This paper conducts an in-depth study on a quality control system for automated assembly lines based on machine vision,proposing an integrated solution that incorporates advanced machine vision technologies. By utilizing high-precision image capture devices and intelligent algorithms,the system achieves real-time quality monitoring of products on the assembly line,enabling automated identification and defect detection.
