Research on low excitation alarm of generator excitation regulator
This paper aims to explore the issue of low excitation alarm in generator excitation regulators. The generator excitation regulator is an important device to ensure the constant output of the generator,and a low excitation alarm indicates that there is an abnormality in the excitation system of the generator. Therefore,it is necessary to solve the related abnormal problems. This article analyzes the phenomenon of low excitation alarm and its possible causes by introducing the excitation regulator of the generator and its working principle. Afterwards,the relationship between generator protection devices and low excitation alarms was explored,and methods and measures to solve the problem of low excitation alarms were proposed,including dynamically adjusting excitation parameters,strengthening monitoring and diagnostic methods,and introducing intelligent control technology.
