Performance evaluation and optimization of steam turbine high pressure valve closing time
Steam turbine is one of the core devices in the power system,and its use stability and safety play an important role in the overall efficiency and safety of the power station. Among them,the high pressure valve,as the key component equipment of the steam turbine,the accuracy of the closing time directly affects the daily operation performance of the steam turbine high pressure valve. This paper introduces a system to monitor the closing time in real time and evaluate and optimize its performance. Based on the experimental testing and data processing,this study focuses on enhancing the accuracy and stability of the monitoring system,and then provides technical guidance for the maintenance and preventive maintenance of steam turbines.
