机电一体化技术在智能制造中的实践运用

当前,机电一体化技术在工业机器人、智能生产线、自动化设备等领域具有明显的应用优势,为我国智能制造的转型提供了重要动力.机电一体化技术不仅有效解决了传统制造模式中的诸多不足,更为工业制造的发展指明了具体路径.基于此,本文围绕机电一体化技术开展研究,从传感技术、数控技术、智能机器人、自动生产、柔性制造五个方面进行重点阐述,通过上述技术的应用,有利于完善技术方案,使得生产设备更加智能化、高效化,并且能够根据需要灵活调整生产过程,适应多样化的生产需求.
The practical application of mechatronics integration technology in intelligent manufacturing
Currently,mechatronics integration technology has obvious application advantages in fields such as industrial robots,intelligent production lines,and automation equipment,providing important impetus for the transformation of intelligent manufacturing in China. Mechatronics integration technology not only effectively solves many shortcomings in traditional manufacturing models,but also points out specific paths for the development of industrial manufacturing. Based on this,this article focuses on the research of mechatronics integration technology,focusing on five aspects:sensing technology,CNC technology,intelligent robots,automatic production,and flexible manufacturing. Through the application of the above technologies,it is beneficial to improve the technical solution,make production equipment more intelligent and efficient,and flexibly adjust the production process according to needs to adapt to diverse production needs.
