文章针对海上风电快速发展对大型自升式风电安装船的需求,对一种新型自升式风电安装船的研制和施工工艺进行了研究。该船型采用非绕桩式船首偏心布置,桁架式桩腿,轻量化设计,功能划分动静分离,可实现多种作业功能。重点阐述了该船型的功能要求、平台布置、关键设备选型、平台特点和施工工艺。研究表明,该船型具备高效、安全、灵活、环保等特点,可满足未来海上风电安装需求。
Research on the development and construction technology of self-elevating wind power installation vessel
Aiming at the demand for large self-elevating wind turbine installation vessels due to the rapid development of offshore wind power,this paper studies the development and construction technology of a new type of self-elevating wind turbine installation vessel. This type of ship adopts a non-pile-around bow eccentric arrangement,truss-type pile legs,lightweight design,and functional division of dynamic and static separation,which can realize a variety of operating functions. The article focuses on the functional requirements,platform layout,key equipment selection,platform characteristics and construction technology of this type of ship. The study shows that this type of ship has the characteristics of high efficiency,safety,flexibility,and environmental protection,and can meet the future needs of offshore wind power installation.
