循环流化床锅炉采用超净排放半干法脱硫工艺后,针对电袋除尘系统拆除原来袋区除尘系统,二电场和原一二袋区输灰系统灰量少的问题,开展了输灰系统节能改造和控制逻辑优化,有效解决了输灰压缩空气量利用率低的问题,明显提高了输灰效率。
Energy saving optimization research and application of ash transport system after CFB ultra-low emission
After the ultra-low emission semi-dry desulfurized process of CFB,the fabric area dust removal system was removed from the electrostatic fabric dust removal system,resulting in a low ash quantity in the second electric field and the original first and second fabric areas. The energy-saving transformation and control logic optimization of the ash transportation system were carried out,effectively solving the problem of low utilization rate of compressed air for ash transportation and significantly improving the ash transportation efficiency.
