Application and innovation of self-climbing tower cranes in super high-rise construction
This paper takes a super high-rise project undertaken as an example study to examine the design,installation,and safety analysis of tower crane support systems. The project employs ZSL1250 and ZSL850 tower cranes,using an internal climbing installation method to meet the demands of high-rise construction. The paper details the composition of the support system and BIM model analysis,including lifting weights,and verifies the safety of lifting equipment and lifting ears. It explores the principles of tower crane climbing and the installation process of the support system,providing practical guidance and theoretical support for similar projects.
