Research on construction technology and quality control method of prefabricated building
In order to improve the construction quality of prefabricated buildings,the general situation and construction technology of construction projects are analyzed. The main construction techniques are described,including installation of prefabricated components,laying of pipes and binding of rebar,construction of roof concrete,etc. The quality control methods of 3D laser scanning acquisition,structural mechanical characteristics monitoring and impact echo method combined with endoscope method are proposed. The results show that the proposed method can significantly improve the construction quality of prefabricated buildings.
