摘要
文章利用西门子S7-1200PLC设计了五层电梯控制系统,具有上下行、开关门、超重检测、防夹检测功能,可实现电梯的防夹处理和超重警报.五层电梯控制系统的硬件和软件进行数字化设计,通过HMI触摸屏和虚拟仿真软件调试,可以按照需求正常运行,超重检测和防夹检测运行可靠,确保了整个电梯控制系统的稳定、安全和实时监测.
Abstract
This paper uses Siemens S7-1200PLC to design the five-floor elevator control system.In addition to the elevator up and down and opening and closing functions,it also has overweight detection,anti-clip detection,which can realize the elevator anti-clip treatment and overweight alarm.The hardware and software of the elevator control system on the fifth floor are digitally designed,and through HMI touch screen and virtual simulation software debugging,the system can operate normally according to the requirements,and the overweight detection and anti-pinch detection run reliably,ensuring the stability,safety and real-time monitoring of the entire elevator control system.
