摘要
目的 探讨髋臼盂唇撕裂的3.0 T MRI表现.方法 通过回顾性分析2015年12月至2016年6月经手术证实的20例髋臼盂唇撕裂患者的3.0 T MRI图像和髋关节镜结果,分析髋臼盂唇撕裂的3.0 T MRI表现.结果 3.0 T MRI诊断髋臼盂唇撕裂的敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值和准确度分别为90%(27/30)、96.7%(29/30)、96.4%(27/28)、90.6%(29/32)和93.3%(56/60).3.0 T MRI可清晰显示髋臼盂唇撕裂,髋臼盂唇撕裂多数表现为盂唇根部轴向撕裂,多位于前盂唇9点至11点方向.结论 3.0 T MRI是诊断髋臼盂唇撕裂的可靠影像学方法,髋臼盂唇撕裂多位于前盂唇.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the 3.0 T MRI appearance of acetabular labral tears. Methods MR 3.0 T images of 20 surgically proved patients with acetabular labral tears were retrospectively reviewed for analyzing the characteristic MRI findings of acetabular labral tears. Results MRI 3.0 T can show acetabular labral tears, the sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV and accuracy of MRI for diagnosing acetabular labral tears were 90% ( 27 / 30 ), 96.7% ( 29 / 30 ), 96.4% ( 27 / 28 ), 90.6% ( 29 / 32 ) and 93.3% ( 56 / 60 ). A majority of acetabular labral tears were axial direction and located in the root of 9 - 11 o'clock positions. Conclusions MRI 3.0 T was a reliable imaging method in the diagnosis of acetabular labral tears, acetabular labral tears were majorly located in anterior portions of the labrum.
