Application of digital health technology in exercise prescription of knee osteoarthritis
Individualized exercise prescription is a Class I recommendation for the prevention of knee osteoarthritis(KOA),but its application in China still faces obstacles such as poor patient compliance and difficulty in exercise monitoring.With the development of digital health technologies(DHTs),the combination of DHTs and personalized exercise prescription is becoming a new treatment mode.It will facilitate the promotion of traditional exercise prescription,however,controversies in efficiency and application scenario of treatment of KOA patient also exist.This review introduces the application types and effects of common DHTs in KOA exercise prescriptions,and put forward the shortcomings of current application and future prospects,with a view to provide help for the promotion of personalized exercise prescriptions for KOA patients in China.
