Abstract
Objective To summarize the etiology,clinical manifestations,pathological process,classification,auxiliary examination,complications and treatment of closed soft tissue degloving injury through clinical and literature analysis,so as to provide references for its clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The diagnosis,treatment,and literature analysis of a case of closed soft tissue stealth degloving injury in our department were recorded and analyzed.Results The patient,a 21-year-old female,was diagnosed as"skin degloving injury of lower limbs"caused by trauma.The patient's condition changed rapidly.Emergency surgery was applied on the second day after admission,and the patient was bandaged after operation.The wound and surrounding tissues recovered well after dressing change on the fourth day after operation,and the skin color around the wound was close to normal on the third day after discharge.Conclusions Early surgical treatment and bandage fixation will promote the rapid recovery after closed soft tissue stealth degloving injury.
