目的 通过对比 EOS 成像系统(EOS imaging system),来评估全幅数字 X 线摄影(the full view digital radiography,DR)图像所测量下肢力线的准确性.方法 本研究为前瞻性研究.对同一个膝关节骨关节炎患者在同一天分别使用全幅 DR 和 EOS 成像系统进行下肢全长检查并测量下肢力线.结果 共纳入27 例,其中男 6 例,女 21 例.年龄 48~80 岁,平均(63.67±7.68)岁.所有研究对象分左、右下肢分别测量,共 54 例.下肢力线的测量在全幅 DR 和 EOS 成像系统两种检查方法,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),其中髋膝踝角(hip-knee-ankle angle,HKA)的 P 值为 0.331,股骨远端外侧角(lateral distal femoral angle,LDFA)的 P 值为 0.140,胫骨近端内侧角(medial proximal tibial angle,MPTA)的 P 值为 0.359,股骨胫骨关节线夹角(joint line convergence angle,JLCA)的 P 值为 0.974.结论 全幅 DR 虽然存在边缘放大效应,但对于下肢力线测量的影响较小.
The application value of the full view DR in measuring lower limb force lines of knee osteoarthritis
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of lower limb force lines measured in full view DR images by comparing EOS imaging systems.Methods This study was a prospective study.A full view DR and EOS imaging systems were used to perform a full-length examination of the lower limb and measure the lower limb force line for the same patient with knee osteoarthritis.Results A total of 27 patients was included(6 males and 21 females).The age ranged from 48 to 80 years old,with an average of(63.67±7.68)years.All research subjects were measured separately for the left and right lower limbs,with a total of 54 cases.There was no statistically significant difference in the measurement of lower limb force line between the full-range DR and EOS imaging systems(P>0.05).The P-value of hip-knee-ankle was 0.331,the P-value of lateral distal femoral angle was 0.140,the P-value of medial proximal tibial angle was 0.359 and the P-value of joint line convergence angle was 0.974.Conclusions Although full view DR has edge amplification effect,its impact on lower limb force line measurement is relatively small.
