Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put the cultural thoughts of propaganda on the top list of governing country and administrating,profoundly grasping the historical orientation of the new era,and proposing a series of new thoughts,new ideas and new assertions for cultural development based on cultural-self-consciousness,broad historical perspective and profound strategic considerations.Such new kind theoretical innovations have clearly presented the process of Xi Jinping's Cultural Thought,which has contributed to restoring national cultural confidence,restructuring cultural and ideological connotations,reoccupying the new highland of cultural and ideological thoughts,and restoring the strong cultural soft power that China should have had in the international community.Xi Jinping's Cultural Thought theory will certainly produce vast and profound effect on maintaining the ruling party always progressiveness,accelerating the development process of a strong country,realizing the dream of national revitalization and strengthening cultural exchange and mutual learning.
