邓小平是党的第二代领导集体的核心,是伟大的马克思主义战略家.他统揽国内和国际两个大局,纵观世界大势,深刻洞察和分析国际形势的新变化和世界格局演变的新特点,高瞻远瞩,深谋远虑,提出一系列重大外交战略新判断新思想,果断调整了我国对外政策,开创了中国外交新局面,赢得了有利的改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的国际环境,树立了反对霸权主义、促进世界和平与发展的光辉的国际形象.认真学习邓小平的外交战略思想,对我们推进新时代中国特色大国外交具有十分重要的意义.
Abstract
Deng Xiaoping was the core of the second generation of the Party's leadership and a great Marxist strategist.He has taken a comprehensive view of both the domestic and international situations,looked at the world situation from a longitudinal perspective,gained deep insights into and analyzed the new changes in the international situation and the new features of the evolution of the world pattern,and put forward a series of new judgments and new ideas on major diplomatic strategies,decisively adjusted China's foreign policy,created a new situation of great-power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics,won a favourable international environment for reform and opening up and the construction of socialist modernization,and established a glorious international image of opposing hegemony and promoting world peace and development.The careful study of Deng Xiaoping's strategic thinking on diplomacy is of great significance for us to promote great power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics in the new era
