By fostering technological innovation,new quality productivity promotes the optimal combination of factors such as laborers,means of labor,and objects of labor,thereby enhancing total factor productivity.Based on an elaboration of the connotation of new quality productivity,this paper first delves into the internal logic of how new quality productivity empowers the integrated development of culture and tourism.It then explores the core issues involved and,finally,proposes pathways for new quality productivity to empower the integrated development of culture and tourism from the perspective of high-quality development.These pathways specifically encompass promoting the integrated development of culture and tourism through practitioners at the laborer level,empowering it with high technology at the means of labor level,and optimizing it with new business formats at the object of labor level.
