The New Era Dimensions of Building a New International Cooperation Relations
Promoting the construction of a new type of international cooperation relationship based on the theoretical demands of coexistence of diverse civilizations and global common development,and concretizing it into corresponding diplomatic practices,is an important mission for China to break through the Western centric narrative of international cooperation in the new era.Its concentrated manifestation is the fate of humanity.The concept of community and the common values of all mankind jointly construct a diverse and symbiotic international cooperation relationship.In theory,the international cooperation concept of a community with a shared future for mankind constructed by the awareness of the exchange,integration,and mutual learning of diverse civilizations is using conceptual power to reconstruct the hierarchical and differentiated international cooperation order constructed by the Western"one"civilization background.From a practical perspective,building a new type of international cooperation relationship oriented towards a community with a shared future for mankind requires China's initiative to spread it into a common knowledge of the international community,and then to unite the historical forces that promote the transformation of the international cooperation system in the international community.Contemporary China needs to continue to strengthen its ability to participate in international cooperation practice with a sense of self-reliance and self-improvement,and reshape the value orientation of the international cooperation process with the concept of balancing justice and interests,innovating and reconstructing the ways of communication between diverse international cooperation entities through diplomatic paradigms,rebuilding the governance model of the future new global governance system through the co-governance of multiple entities,and enhancing the discourse foundation for promoting the transformation of the international cooperation system through the Chinese school of international cooperation theory.In this way,based on the cultural foundation of the coexistence of diverse civilizations,the international cooperation concept of a community with a shared future for mankind is possible to transform local knowledge rooted in excellent traditional Chinese culture into a common culture among members of the international community in both theory and practice.This is beneficial for diverse international relations actors to promote the construction of a new international cooperation system,and to gain wider recognition and support from members of the international community for the international cooperation concept of a community with a shared future for mankind advocated by China,thereby better demonstrating China's responsibility and commitment to building a new type of international cooperation relationship under the changing times.
