Achieving high-quality economic development is a crucial move for China to solve development problems and achieve socialist modernization.As the advanced productive force at this stage,the new-quality productive force is of great significance in promoting the economy to achieve effective qualitative improvement and reasonable quantitative growth.The impact of the new-quality productive force on high-quality economic development is mainly reflected in three dimensions:elements,technology,and industry.By introducing data elements and optimizing the structure of element combinations,the quality of element combinations can be improved;through disruptive innovation and technological process improvement,the technological innovation ability can be enhanced;by cultivating strategic emerging industries and future industries and driving the optimization and upgrading of related industries,the development momentum of the industry can be strengthened.Therefore,in order to give full play to the enabling role of the new-quality productive force in high-quality economic development,it is necessary to improve digital infrastructure,promote the construction of technological innovation systems,and optimize the industrial ecological layout.
