Taking theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic as the frame of thinking to study the formation of new quality productivity theory is helpful for us to understand its theoretical essence and use innovation theory to guide practice.In the theoretical logic,the new quality productivity theory is derived from the relevant interpretation of Marxist productivity theory.In terms of historical logic,the four historical periods of the Communist Party of China laid the foundation for the formation of new quality productive forces from four aspects:the revolution created the historical premise for the formation of new productive forces,solved the contradiction between ownership and productive forces,reformed to improve productive forces,and took scientific and technological innovation as the first driving force for leading development.In terms of practical logic,technological revolutionary breakthrough,innovative allocation of production factors,and deep industrial transformation and upgrading have changed the appearance of new quality productivity from necessity to reality.
