深水表层钻井动态压井装置的研制与应用试验

深水表层钻井不仅面临着浅层流、浅层气等浅层地质灾害风险,而且还要解决地层薄弱带来的窄压力窗口钻井难题.采用动态压井钻井技术精确控制井底压力,是解决这些问题的技术发展方向.通过近5年的技术攻关,成功研制了深水表层钻井动态压井装置,包括快速混浆装置和井下压力温度测量装置,并已在我国南海第1口深水井LW6 1-1井的领眼井中进行成功应用试验.实钻结果表明:所研制的动态压井装备性能稳定,测量数据能够真实反映钻井工况,各项指标均达到或超过国外同类产品水平,实现了深水表层钻井关键技术的突破,对我国南海深水油气田的开发具有长远的意义.
Development and application test of the dynamic killing unit for deep water top-hole drilling
Deep water top-hole drilling operation not only faces the shallow geological disaster risk,such as shallow water flow,shallow gas,etc.,but also the difficulty of narrow drilling pressure window led by weak formation.Using dynamic killing techniques to control bottom-hole pressure accurately is a technical development direction to solve these problems.A set of dynamic killing units for deep water top-hole drilling has be developed successfully through nearly five years research,mainly including rapid mud mixing device and down-hole pressure and temperature measurement instrument,and has been applied and tested successfully in drilling of pilot hole of the first deep water well LW6-1-1 in the South China Sea.The real drilling results show that the performance of the dynamic killing unit is stable,the measured data can reflect actual drilling conditions,the operational indexes of the unit has reached or exceeded the level of similar foreign products,and the breakthrough has been made in key technologies of deep water top-hole drilling,which has long-term significance for the development of deep water oil and gas fields in the South China Sea.
