Optimization and application of multi-stage optimal and fast deflagration fracturing technology in the medium and deep wells of offshore oilfield
The application of deflagration fracturing technology can generate high peak pressure,which can easily cause safety issues such as damage to construction pipes and cable breakage.These issues may lead to poor operational efficiency and low effectiveness when applying this technology in offshore oilfields.To solve this problem,a low burning rate,175 ℃ high temperature resistance,and 72 MPa high-pressure deflagration fracturing propellant gunpowder was developed.It can meet the requirements of high-temperature and high-pressure reservoirs in deep wells in offshore oilfields.The optimized detonation fracturing technology for cable transmission in medium and deep wells has been formed.Thereby,the operation efficiency can be increased by at least 8 times compared with the oil pipe transmission.At the same time,it can effectively ensure the quality of propellant per meter of reservoir.High strength cable and cable wellhead BOP are used to solve a series of safety risk problems.The optimized multi-stage and fast detonation fracturing technology for deep wells in offshore oilfields was tested on-site in wells L-10a and X-B6.The test results show that this technology has advantages such as high operation safety,fast effiency and good effect.This paper can provide guidance for the application in similar medium and deep well reservoir at home and abroad.
