Design of large diameter stratified water injection integrated process string in offshore unconsolidated sandstone oilfield in Bohai sea
The mechanical screen for sand control of water injection well in Bohai offshore loose sandstone oil field leads to small wellbore diameter and complex situations such as inability to pull out and broken.This may result in the problems of high cost,long period and complicated process of water injection well.By analyzing the problems of mechanical sand control injection string,the integrated process of large-diameter stratified injection string is designed.The key tools of this process string include cable top packer,cable isolation packer,cable controlled intelligent water distributor,extender and reducer and hydraulic tubing anchor.The safety check of this string is carried out.The designed large-diameter stratified water injection integrated process string can achieve the setting of all packers through one pressure.The string can be lifted up to realize the step-by-step release of the whole string.Sand control tools are not needed in the wellbore,which reduces the completion time.The diameter inside the wellbore has been expanded,reducing the risk and difficulty of subsequent major repairs of the well.The integrated technology of large-diameter stratified water injection string has been successfully applied in Bohai P oilfield,achieving intelligent measurement and injection of 6-layer cable in φ177.8 mm casing with large-diameter.The completion period has been improvd by 21.8%,effectively avoiding the problem of limited size in the late complex situation of mechanical sand control pipe string,and achieving good application effect.This technology can be used as the preferred technology for slimming small hole injection well.
