Development status and synergetic development idea of China's marine energy industry
China's marine energy resources have great potential and broad space for development.Coordinating the development of marine oil and gas,offshore wind power,and other marine energy,and creating an ecological synergetic development model and industrial system,is an inevitable trend for China's marine energy industry.By analyzing the potential,development status,and existing problems of China's marine energy resources,this article,based on the exploration and practice of industrial ecosystem theory and ecological development model of marine economy,preliminarily constructs a complementary,symbiotic,and mutually beneficial ecosystem model of China's marine energy industry with the aim of synergistically developing marine energy to leverage the resource and capacity advantages of various energy industries.A new model of innovative development in the marine energy industry,led by the exploration and development of traditional marine oil and gas resources,based on marine energy supply and driven by marine energy consumption,is proposed.Finally,focusing on the stable and efficient development of the China's offshore energy industry,four policy recommendations are put forward:strengthening the top-level design of the industry development,introducing special safeguard measures,optimizing the industrial layout and institutional mechanisms,and building the comprehensive risk prevention and control mechanisms.
