Key technologies for rapid drilling of exploration well in QHD27-3 block in Bohai Sea
The discovery of shallow oil and gas in the Bohai Sea is still an important part of the new reserves.The shallow structure of Qinhuangdao(QHD)27-3 has great potential for accumulation,but it faces technical problems such as frequent relocation of platforms,difficulty in obtaining data for directional exploration wells,high pressure for large borehole to speed up,easy instability of shallow borehole,and challenging heavy oil test during concentrated exploration and drilling operations.To this end,research has been carried out in the optimization of exploration and drilling mode,directional exploration well sampling while drilling technology,casing program optimization technology,borehole stabilization technology,shallow heavy oil testing technology,and other aspects,and the key technologies for exploration and drilling in QHD27-3 block have been developed.These technologies have achieved good results through large-scale application in exploration and drilling in this region,greatly reduced the cycle and cost of exploration and drilling,and facilitated the discovery of reserves at billion tons.The results of research and field application show that the developed key technologies can provide technical reference for rapid exploration and drilling of shallow oil and gas reservoirs in the Bohai Sea.
