南海东方气田群智能化建设关键技术与实践

油气行业的数字化转型已经成为历史的必然,海上油气田的无人化和智能化是大势所趋.基于南海东方气田群生产现状与需求,针对海上智能气田建设面临的挑战与技术难题,通过控制系统远程控制、闭路电视(CCTV)远程监控与智能安防、智能生产操控中心、智能调配气、设备健康管理、智能巡检机器人等6大关键技术创新,探索了大型海上智能气田群的方案设计与建设实践,形成了一套适用于海上智能气田建设的总体思路和整体解决方案,实现了东方气田群海上井口平台无人化、中心平台和陆地终端少人化;推动了整个气田群的生产运行一体化,保障了生产安全、提高了设备可靠性和生产效率;促进了生产方式转变和业务智能化转型.本文为未来海上智能油气田方案设计、关键技术研究提供思路与借鉴.
Key technologies and practice for intelligent construction of Dongfang Gas Field Group in South China Sea
The digital transformation of the oil and gas industry has become a historical inevitability,and the unmanned,digitized,and intelligent development of offshore oil and gas fields is the trend.Based on the production status and demand of the Dongfang Gas Field Group in the South China Sea,the challenges and technical difficulties faced by the construction of offshore intelligent gas fields were analyzed.Through six key technological innovations,including remote control technology for control systems,closed circuit television(CCTV)remote monitoring and intelligent security technology,intelligent production control center,intelligent gas allocation system,equipment health management,and intelligent patrol robots,the design and construction practice of a large-scale offshore intelligent gas field group were explored,and a set of overall ideas and solutions suitable for the construction of offshore intelligent gas fields were formed,realizing the offshore unmanned wellhead platform,as well as semiautomatic central platform and onshore terminals of the Dongfang Gas Field Group.The integration of production and operation of the entire gas field group was achieved,ensuring production safety,improving equipment reliability and production efficiency,promoting the transformation of production methods,and realizing the intelligent transformation of business.At the same time,it also provides ideas and references for the design of future offshore intelligent oil and gas field solutions and key technology research.
