In the era of the digital economy,data governance has become the only way for digital transformation and intelligent development.Data governance should give priority to standards because data standards are the basis for ensuring data consistency,standardization,and accuracy.However,a large number of exploration and development data formed by CNOOC over the years use different standards,so it is urgent to establish a unified data standard.In the process of data governance of CNOOC exploration and development,combined with the current situation of system construction and the basis of data standard construction,business processes were analyzed,and a data standard construction method combining"bottom-up business analysis"with"top-down indicator drive"was formed.According to this method,the whole life cycle of the exploration and development business was analyzed.The data specification,quality specification,and acquisition specification were sorted out synchronously,and the exploration and development data standard system with CNOOC characteristics was developed.As of 2024,CNOOC has issued a total of 41 volumes of data standards,covering the whole business chain of master data,exploration,development and production,drilling and completion,engineering,and reserves,unified data formats,opened up business processes,and achieved bidding in the exploration and development data lake,laying a good foundation for data governance of exploration and development.
