海洋拥有十分丰富的生物资源,可以作为现代药用化合物来源的资源宝库.但值得注意的是,相当一部分海洋产物由于分子量大、脂溶性差、稳定性差、生物利用度低等缺点,被限制了在药物领域的开发利用.所以,将海洋产物制备成各种合适的剂型,赋予其新的理化性质,是在海洋药物研究过程中十分重要的程序.文章根据2010至2022年国内外海洋产物剂型的研究报道展开综述,把各类海洋产物按其化合物种类进行分类,综述各类海洋产物应用时存在的问题和剂型开发情况,以期为海洋产物的开发和新剂型的研究提供参考.
Research progress on dosage forms of marine products
The ocean is rich in biological resources and can serve as a treasure trove of resources for modem medicinal compounds.However,it is worth noting that a considerable number of marine products are limited in the development and utilization of drugs due to their large molecular weight,poor fat solubility,poor stability,and low bioavailability.Therefore,it is a very important procedure in the process of marine pharmaceutical research to prepare marine products into various suitable dosage forms and endow them with new physical and chemical properties.Based on the research reports on the dosage forms of marine products at home and abroad from 2010 to 2022,this paper classifies various marine products according to their compound types,and summarizes the problems existing in the application of various marine products and the development of dosage forms,in order to provide reference for the development of marine products and the research of new dosage forms.
