摘要
我国海洋资源丰富,海洋动植物作为药用资源的历史悠久.随着科学技术的发展,从研究海洋天然产物的角度开发海洋中药资源,为中药资源开发利用提供了新的思路.多糖作为海洋动植物中药的药效物质之一,具有资源丰富和活性广泛的特点.研究发现,海洋中药多糖结构复杂多样,具有抗氧化、免疫调节、抗肿瘤和抗凝血等活性.本文综述了近年来海洋来源的中药多糖的结构和活性研究,为海洋中药资源的深度开发和海洋多糖类药物的研究提供参考.
Abstract
China possesses a plentiful supply of marine resources.The animals and plants from the marine enviroment have a long history as medicinal resources.With the progress of science and technology,the development and utilization of marine Chinese medicine have been provided with new ideas on the basis of the studying marine natural products.Polysaccharides,as one of the medicinal substances in marine Chinese medicine,have the characteristics of abundant resources and extensive activity.Some investigations have found that the polysaccharides from marine Chinese medicine have complex and diverse structures,and exhibit antioxidant,immune regulatory,anti-tumor and anticoagulant activities.This article reviews the achievements in the structure and activity of the polysaccharides from marine Chinese medicine in recent years,and provides a reference for the further development of marine Chinese medicine and the research of marine polysaccharide drugs.
