中医药治疗肺癌术后咳嗽的研究进展

摘要
咳嗽是肺癌术后最常见的并发症之一,临床仍缺乏有效的治疗手段.中医在改善肺癌术后咳嗽症状方面具有明显的优势及良好的疗效.该研究主要从肺癌术后咳嗽的中医病因病机及辨证论治角度,浅述中医药治疗肺癌术后咳嗽的现状.
Abstract
Cough is one of the most common postoperative complications of lung cancer,and there is still a dearth of effective treatments available.Traditional Chinese medicine offers remarkable advantages and achieves promising clinical results in mitigating postoperative cough symptoms in patients with lung cancer.This paper briefly outlines the current status of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of postoperative cough in lung cancer,focusing on the etiology,pathogenesis,and syndrome differentiation of this condition.
