目的 为提升院前院内医疗急救一体化服务能力,探索实施5G+智慧急救体系的应用.方法 利用5G大带宽、低延时、大连接的特性,搭建5G专用急救网络,结合网络切片、边缘计算、大数据分析、深度学习等新兴技术,打造智慧化全域急救.结果 完成基于5G的智慧急救体系建设,具体内容主要包括院前院内信息互联互通、5G物联网救护车改造及相关业务系统新建和改造.结论 5G智慧急救体系可加快推进院前急救医疗体系高质量发展,为危急重症患者提供更高水平的急救服务.
Objective In order to improve the integrated service capability of pre hospital and in hospital medical emergency,5G+smart first aid applications are explored and implemented.Methods 5G dedicated emergency network was built by taking advantage of the characteristics of 5G large bandwidth,low delay,and large connection.In combination with emerging technologies such as network slicing,edge computing,Big data analysis,and in-depth learning,creating intelligent global first aid.Results The construction of a 5G-based intelligent first aid system was Completed,which mainly included pre-hospital and in-hospital information interconnection,5G iot ambulance transformation and the construction and transformation of related business systems.Conclusion The 5G intelligent first aid system can accelerate the high-quality development of the pre-hospital emergency medical system and provide a higher level of emergency services for critically ill patients.
