Objective To investigate the improvement of emergency service capacity of medical community hospitals under the background of county medical community in Kaifeng area,and to provide practical basis for the construction of county emergency treatment.Methods A comparison was made of the patients received by the General Hospital of the Medical Community of Weishi County People's Hospital before and after the unified setting of the emergency station in the hospitals under its jurisdiction,the emergency department patients admitted by the ambulance in front of the unified first aid station as the control group,and the emergency department patients admitted by the ambulance after the unified setting of the emergency station in the health center of the medical community as the observation group,and the two groups of emergency patients were compared and analyzed.Results Compared between the two groups of patients admitted to the emergency department after the unified emergency station,the proportion of transport deaths in the observation group(0.02％)was significantly lower than that in the control group(0.12％),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.32,P＜0.05).The proportion of hospital visitors in the observation group at 1 hour(95.99％)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00％),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=51.44,P＜0.05).The rescue success rate of the observation group(95.94％)was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.77％),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=542.45,P＜0.05).Conclusion Under the background of county medical community,the general hospital of medical community can effectively improve the emergency service capacity of grassroots hospitals,and provide a path reference for gradually improving the construction of medical community and strengthening the emergency first aid work at the grassroots level.
