Objective To analyze the factors of hypotension during hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis for patients with acute renal failure(ARF).Methods The clinical data of 303 patients with ARF who received hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in hebei Children's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were analyzed retrospectively, the patients were grouped into hypotension group(n=61)and non-hypotension group(n=242)according to whether there was hypotension during the treatment within 3 months;Logistic regression analysis was applied to screen the risk factors of hypotension during hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis for ARF.Results 61 of 303 ARF patients who received hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in our hospital were complicated with hypotension(20.13%).Logistic regression analysis showed that high-throughput dialysis(95%CI 1.196-4.984,P=0.014),blood flow>300 mL/min(95%CI 1.056-4.851,P=0.036),hemoglobin(95%CI0.444-0.703,P=0.000)and albumin(95%CI 0.153-0.833,P=0.017)were important influencing factors of hypotension during ARF combined with hemodialysis treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion High flux dialysis, blood flow>300 mL/min,hemoglobin and albumin are important influencing factors of hypotension during the treatment of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis for ARF.
