一键告警及互助系统的设计研发及在居家养老急救衔接中的意义研究

目的 研发一键告警及互助系统(以下简称"一键系统")及其在居家养老与医疗急救衔接中的意义.方法 一键系统设计为简单的按键或触控式,利用麦克风模块、扬声器报警及功放模块、信息显示模块、Wi-Fi模块、120 系统衔接模块等,实现只需按键即可同时向多方告警及获得救助的功能.结果 居家老人突发急症时,只需按键即可将求救信息传递到邻居门口"一键系统"设备上、附近经过人员、物业值班室甚至 120 系统控制中心屏幕,施救人员通过门口扫码获得求救者相关信息、紧急联络人、进门方式等信息,及时进行有效救治.结论 一键系统根据老人特点,只需按键,无需说话即可达到快速有效求救并最快获得有效救治的目的,可有效解决老龄化社会医疗急救衔接问题.
Objective To develop a one-button alarm and mutual assistance system(hereinafter referred to as"one-button system")and its significance in the last meter problem of connecting home care and medical emergency.Methods The system was designed as a simple button or touch control,using microphone module,speaker alarm and power amplifier module,information display module,Wi-Fi module,120 system connection module,etc.,to realize the function of simultaneously alerting and obtaining rescue from multiple parties with just pressing a button.Results When the elderly at home had an emergency,the distress information could be transmitted to the"one-button system"device at the neighbor's door,the nearby personnel,the property duty room or even the screen of the 120 system control center by pressing the button,and the rescue personnel could obtain the relevant information,emergency contact person,entrance method and other information by scanning the code at the door,so as to carry out effective treatment in time.Conclusion According to the characteristics of the elderly,the one-button system can achieve the purpose of quick and effective help and the fastest effective treatment by pressing the button without talking,and can effectively solve the problem of medical emergency connection in the aging society.
