The efficacy of 20.0%fat emulsion combined with blood purification in the treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and its impact on liver and kidney function and inflammatory response
Objective Exploring the efficacy of intravenous infusion of fat emulsion combined with blood purification in the treatment of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods From January 2020 to June 2023,102 patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning at the First People's Hospital of Longquanyi District,Chengdu were randomly divided into a control group of 51 cases and an observation group of 51 cases. The control group received blood purification treatment, while the observation group received intravenous infusion of fat emulsion in addition to the control group.Compare the therapeutic effects of two groups. Results Among the 102 patients, the total effective rate was 90.20%in 92 cases.Compared with the control group, the total response rate was higher in the observation group(96.08%vs.84.31%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group had a shorter awakening time and a shorter hospitalization time, indicating statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment from 6 hours to 36 hours, the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,TBIL,AST and ALT decreased in both groups, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,TNF-α,CRP,and IL-6 decreased in both groups, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion 20.0%fat emulsion combined with blood purification can improve the treatment effect of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, improve liver and kidney function and inflammatory reactions, and enhance rehabilitation efficiency.
