At present,the side effects of general anesthetics used in surgical treatment on patients with coronary heart disease have attracted more and more attention from clinicians.This article reviews the latest research on the pathophysiological characteristics of patients with coronary heart disease,the role mechanism of general anesthetics,the risk of use in patients with coronary heart disease,the risk of anesthesia and preventive measures,which has important clinical significance for enhancing the clinical prevention and control of risk of anesthesia in patients with coronary heart disease.
