Current situation and thinking of training of maritime Some reflections on the capacity building of nursing staff in medical rescue of nuclear emergency at sea
Objective To explore the current situation and improvement strategies of nursing staff capacity building in marine nuclear emergency medical rescue,and to provide some references for improving the capacity of nuclear emergency medical rescue and nursing.Methods According to the characteristics and job competency requirements of nursing work in marine nuclear emergency medical rescue,the current situation and existing problems of nursing capacity building were analyzed,and countermeasures were proposed.Results There are still some problems in the capacity building of nursing capacity in marine nuclear emergency medical rescue in terms of human resources,training courses,training efficiency,practical experience,and nursing research.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the construction of professional talents,expand the curriculum system,optimize the training means and methods,and develop key nursing technologies to improve the level of nuclear emergency care at sea and promote the capacity building of nuclear specialty nursing.
