Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wenli Kangshuai prescription combined with Western medicine in the treatment of acute aggravation of heart failure.Methods 100 cases of acute aggravation of heart failure patients with Yang-deficiency water syndrome were selected and divided into groups by random grouping.The control group(50 cases)received diuresis and vasodilation treatment,and the observation group(50 cases)received Wenli Kangshuai prescription intervention therapy on the basis of diuresis and vasodilation treatment,and the treatment 2 course in total.By comparing the clinical efficacy,quality of life score,physical and chemical indicators,6-minute walking distance and other indicators of the two groups,and evaluate the curative effect.Results The total rate of the observation group was 92.00%,which was clinically significant compared with the control group(74.00%,P<0.05);after treatment,the walking distance of the observation group was prolonged for 6 minutes(t=2.376,P<0.05),the serum NT-pro BNP was significantly reduced(t=48.621,P<0.05),and the quality of life score was significantly reduced(t=6.753,P<0.05).Conclusion Wenli Kangshuai prescription combined with Western medicine in the treatment of acute aggravation of heart failure has clear curative effect and high total effective rate,which can greatly improve patients′heart function,exercise endurance and quality of life,and is safe and reliable,worthy of clinical promotion.
