Application effect of MEWS score-based hierarchical responsibility system nursing program in the rescue of patients with emergency myocardial infarction
Objective To observe the application effect in the rescue of patients with emergency myocardial infarction after receiving modified early warning score(MEWS)-based hierarchical responsibility system nursing program. Methods Totally 106 patients with emergency myocardial infarction in the hospital were selected from July 2022 to July 2024 as the research subjects. The hierarchical responsibility system nursing program based on MEWS score was implemented in our department since July 2023.53 patients with emergency myocardial infarction before the implementation(from July 2022 to June 2023)were classified as the control group(routine nursing program intervention),and 53 patients after the implementation(from July 2023 to July 2024)were included in the study group(MEWS score-based hierarchical responsibility system nursing program intervention). The treatment efficiency, cardiac function, adverse events and satisfaction of family members were compared between both groups. Results The study group had shorter retention time of emergency room and myocardial reperfusion time than the control group(t=2.472,2.801,P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the success rate of rescue between groups(P>0.05).At 3 days after admission, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was enhanced in both groups, and was higher in the study group(t=2.204,P<0.05).Left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV)and left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV)were not obviously different between groups, and there were no obvious differences compared with the same group on the day of admission(P>0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse events revealed no significant difference between both groups during intervention(P>0.05).The total satisfaction of patients′ family members was higher than that in the control group(χ2=6.176,P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical responsibility system nursing program based on MEWS score can enhance the treatment efficiency, and intensify the improvement effect of cardiac function in the rescue of patients with emergency myocardial infarction, and it has high satisfaction from the family members of patients.
