Observation on the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative continuing care combined with early enteral nutrition on patients with severe acute pancreatitis complicated with ICU acquired wekaness
Objective To explore the effects of multidisciplinary collaborative care combined with early enteral nutrition on patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)complicated with ICU acquired wekaness. Methods A total of 150 patients with SAP complicated with ICU acquired wekaness, treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2023,were randomly divided into an observation group(n=75,receiving multidisciplinary collaborative continuous care combined with early enteral nutrition)and a control group(n=75,receiving conventional care)using a random number table. The intervention lasted for 3 months for both groups.Gastrointestinal function recovery times were recorded, and changes in MCTSI,Marshall scores, inflammatory factors, nutritional indicators,self-management ability, and quality of life before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had shorter times for abdominal distension relief, bowel sound recovery, abdominal pain relief, and first flatus compared to the control group(t=7.026,8.337,15.721,8.918,P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention, the MCTSI,Marshall score,IL-6,TNF-α,and hs-CRP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=14.483,5.530,7.286,8.185,5.199,P<0.05);the levels of TRF,PA,and ALB,as well as scores for ESCA,social functioning, mental health, psychological functioning, and physical functioning, were all higher than those in the control group(t=5.871,13.172,7.480,10.737,9.970,20.020,23.046,16.552,P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary collaborative continuous care combined with early enteral nutrition has a positive effect on patients with SAP complicated with ICU acquired wekaness. It can improve nutritional status, reduce inflammatory response, and enhance self-management ability and quality of life.
