Objective In view of accidental hypothermia,special rescue training course was set up and implemented,and its application effect was explored.Methods Developed a training course program through the expert meeting method,and selected 30 emergency medical team healthcare workers from our hospital as the study subjects to implement the training.The theoretical scores and operational scores before and after training were compared,and the satisfaction of students was evaluated.Results The theoretical and operational scores of the trainees were significantly higher after the training than before(P<0.001),and they were satisfied with the overall training.Conclusion Constructing the training course of rescue of accidental hypothermia can effectively improve the rescue ability of medical staff in special injury,and provide reference for the training of emergency team.
