Sepsis is the main cause of death in Critically ill Patients.Microcirculation dysfunction runs through every stage of the occurrence and development of sepsis.Studies have shown that early correction of microcirculation dysfunction can notably enhance the prognosis of sepsis patients,so improving microcirculation is a key step in the treatment of sepsis.This article reviews the research on improving microcirculation in sepsis patients.
