Pancreatic cancer has high incidence,high malignancy and poor prognosis.Borderline resectable pancreatic cancer(BRPC)is an important type of pancreatic cancer,which is also a recent research hotspot.Improving the efficacy of BRPC is helpful to improve the prognosis of pancreatic cancer population as a whole.The concept of BRPC has been updated in recent years,but there is currently a lack of consistent treatment plans for BRPC.This article analyzes the current research status of BRPC,including the review of the evolution of the concept and treatment status of BRPC,and prospects for future research directions,aiming to provide a reference basis for the selection of clinical treatment methods of BRPC.
