The application of magnetic resonance imaging in portal venous system has attracted more and more attention. As a new magnetic resonance technology,four-dimensional flow magnetic resonance imaging can dynamically display the intravascular hemodynamic changes. At present, this technique has been widely used in the examination of various vascular systems throughout the body, and can qualitatively and quantitatively analyze blood flow from both morphological and hemodynamic aspects, which is of great significance for the diagnosis of diseases and the judgment of their severity. This article reviews the clinical application of four-dimensional flow magnetic resonance imaging in portal venous system.
