摘要
金融是现代经济的制高点,金融安全是实现中国式现代化的重要保障.值此百年未有之大变局,大国博弈正转向经济金融领域,亟须以新思路重塑国家金融安全格局,以金融高质量发展助力强国建设.本文结合我国国情,提出并深入阐释了中国式现代化金融安全的理论内涵及其政治性、人民性、系统性、先进性、国际性的本质属性,明晰了中国式现代化金融安全的五大核心目标.围绕"维护国家金融安全,推进中国式现代化"这一宏伟目标和中心任务,从增强主权货币信用能力、培育高质量金融人才等角度,提出加强中国式现代化金融安全能力建设的政策建议.
Abstract
Finance is the pinnacle of the modem economy,and financial security is a crucial guarantee for the realiza-tion of Chinese Modernization.In the context of profound changes unseen in a century,the macroscopic struggle is turning to the economic and financial fields.There is an urgent need to reshape the national financial security pattern with new ideas and assist the construction of a strong country with the high-quality development of finance.This paper combines China's national conditions with the theory of the financial security in Chinese Modernization and its essential attributes of political,demotic,systemic,advanced and international.It also clarifies the five core objectives of it.Focusing on the goal of"safe-guarding national financial security and promoting Chinese Modernization",this paper puts forward proposals to strengthen the capacity building of the financial security in Chinese Modernized from the perspectives of enhancing the credit of sover-eign currencies and fostering high-quality financial talents.
