Research on the Supply-Demand Synergy Mechanism for Constructing the"Dual Circulation"Development Pattern:A Case Study of Guangdong Province
Against the backdrop of economic globalization adjustments,the need to investigate the supply-demand synergy mechanism at the practical level for achieving industrial transformation within China's"dual circulation"develop-ment pattern has become increasingly urgent.The new development pattern of"dual circulation"is the development and in-novation of Marx's capital circulation theory.This paper takes Guangdong province as an example to clarify the driving force and realistic dilemma in constructing the new development pattern from the perspective of supply and demand.As a frontier in China's reform and opening-up,Guangdong has played a leading and exploratory role in China's economic and social re-forms.However,in the face of global supply-demand relationship adjustments,Guangdong's overreliance on external in-vestment and demand within a single circulation framework has hindered China's supply-demand transformation and break-throughs under the new global economic changes.Based on this,we construct a supply-demand synergy mechanism frame-work for Guangdong province to realize the"dual circulation"development pattern,and discuss the advantages of Guang-dong province in promoting the construction of the new development pattern.We point out that Guangdong is faced with the supply-side dilemma of"two ends outside"development mode and the continuous weakening of factor support,as well as the demand-side dilemma of declining average consumption tendency of residents and unbalanced regional development.Then we put forward the supply-demand synergy approach of Guangdong province in constructing the"dual circulation"development pattern.This research has theoretical and practical significance for China to realize the transforma-tion of the supply and demand structure and accelerate the construction of the"dual circulation"development pattern.
