The mechanism of quick-acting heart-saving pill combined with compound Danshen injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris based on network pharmacology
Objective To explore the molecular regulatory mechanism of quick-acting heart-saving pill combined with compound Danshen injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris by using network pharmacology and molecular docking techniques. Methods The Traditional Chinese Medicine Systematic Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP),the Encyclopedia of Traditional Chinese Medicine(ETCM),a Bioinformatics Annotation Database for Molecular Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine(BATMA-TCM)and HERB databases in combination with compositional assay literatures were used to screen the components and targets of quick-acting heart-saving pill combined with compound Danshen injection, while GeneCards,DisGeNET and OMIM databases were used to obtain the targets of unstable angina pectoris. The Weishengxin platform was used to perform gene ontology(GO)and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes(KEGG)enrichment analyses. Results In this study,33 major active ingredients including chuanxiongzine, tanshinone Ⅱ A and salvianolic acid B were screened to obtain 32 targets for unstable angina pectoris treated with the combination of quick-acting heart-saving pill and compound Danshen injection, including prostaglandin endoperoxide synthase 2 and interleukin 6.The molecular docking results demonstrated that there was a high affinity between the active ingredients obtained in this study and their corresponding targets of unstable angina pectoris. Conclusions The efficacy of quick-acting heart-saving pill combined with compound Danshen injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris was demonstrated by targeting the key targets of IL-6,IL-1 β and TNF with the active ingredients, such as chuanxiongzine, tanshinone Ⅱ A and salvianolic acid B.
